Consumer Energy Advice

For those unable to use internet or telephone services – we provide free, confidential and impartial energy advice via our face to face services.  We help with a wide range of energy related consumer advice including switching, reviewing tariffs, dealing with fuel debts, benefit entitlements, grants and energy efficiency improvements – and have helped hundreds of customers save hundreds of pounds.

We also offer money saving energy advice sessions to local community groups and frontline staff and volunteers.
