Help Through Crisis

How the project will work:

  • The Mid and South Norfolk Advice and Support Project will provide tailored support, using Advice Champions
  • Delivered at Diss, Thetford, Dereham and Watton Citizens Advice hubs and at outreach locations
  • Help people with immediate crisis and with planning to improve their future situation
  • Advice Champions will complement existing partner agency work i.e. by making appointments for clients with other agencies and producing a journey map and personal plan for client
  • We will work with partner agencies to identify common themes, share learning, effect change, improve their situation and ensure clients don’t ‘fall between the cracks’
