Norfolk Warm and Wise is a Norfolk wide energy advice service offering free, impartial and confidential advice.

Our specialist Energy Advisers can help with household energy related enquiries including energy tariffs, bill enquiries, complaints, extra help (including grants, warm home discount and priority service register), smart meters and energy efficiency.

The team can offer advice via email, telephone or face-to-face at Citizens Advice offices in Norfolk. We can also offer energy advice talks to local groups.

Norfolk Warm and Wise is a partnership between Citizens Advice Diss, Thetford and District and Norfolk Citizens Advice, funded by Energy Redress.
